Part II of the novel occurs entirely in February 1793, except possibly for the last day (when Caron sets out for Paris) which could be March 1—every other day is explicitly declared to be in February.  But as with Part I, we can tell nothing more.  The length of Caron's mission in Antwerp is key, including time for travel from Bellecour to Antwerp, discharging his duties there, and return as far as Boisvert.  The longer this mission took, the earlier in February must have been the rising on Bellecour, and the later in February must have been the capture of Ombreval.
